AT Precision Launches Complete Everglide Aluminium Profile Range

AT Precision has officially launched its new Everglide aluminium profile, ensuring fabricators now have access to everything they need to manufacture a complete bi-fold door. This major development marks another step in

the company’s mission to become the go-to one-stop shop for bi-fold door components.

Expanding Capabilities with New Machinery

The investment in the new aluminium profile range includes specialist design machinery and a cutting-edge thermal break machine. This allows AT Precision to manufacture the thermal break in-house, improving quality control, efficiency, and turnaround times for customers.

Sales Director Michael Hewitt explains:
“Since opening our doors in 2020, we’ve been manufacturing the Everglide range of bi-fold hardware, which includes rollers, top guides, pull handles, cleats, and shootbolt handles, as well as the Everseal range of high-quality gaskets. Both

 ranges are compatible with most major systems, and because they’re manufactured in-house, they come at a very affordable rate — potentially saving aluminium fabricators thousands of pounds a year.”

A Growing Product Portfolio

Over the past 12 months, AT Precision has expanded its product offering even further. Additions include a range of plastic ancillaries, high-quality espagnolette window handles, and the Ingenious Duplex MPL from Ingenious Locks.

Until recently, the only elements missing from AT Precision’s complete bi-fold door supply were the aluminium profile itself and the glass. With the launch of the Everglide aluminium profile range, that gap has now been closed.
